Our team

Niall is Shawn Jensen’s son and has worked part-time for Junk In Our Trunk since he was 15. He was born and raised in Nanaimo and is currently studying business at the University of Calgary. 

Connor has been with the team for a year, and grew up here in Nanaimo. He spends most of his time outside of work playing soccer. Connor also plans on becoming a High school teacher. 

Nolan has been with the crew for the last 5 years and has been in Nanaimo his whole life. Nolan also played Junior hockey for the Parksville Generals, is an avid golfer, and is currently enrolled at VIU in their accounting program. 

Jack moved to Vancouver Island in 2021. He graduated high school at NDSS and has been working with the crew ever since. 

Brayden is born and raised in Campbell River BC, and is currently attending VIU in pursuit of a business degree. He also played hockey for the Parksville Generals and enjoys playing golf in the summer. 

Gavin has been working at Junk in Our Trunk for about 3 years and moved to Nanaimo from Calgary to pursue my undergraduate degree in Criminology at VIU. Gav enjoys staying active in his spare time by running, hiking, camping, and going to the gym. He would also like to eventually join the RCMP as an officer once he finishes his degree.

Isaac has been working at Junk in our Trunk for over a year now. He is also currently at VIU playing on their soccer team and looking to study social work. Isaacs hobbies are going to the gym and keeping active, as well as playing music in his free time.
